Description of Event : Sawback represents the origin of the Red Deer River, our city's water source. Every brewery needs water, and every river has a story. The Red Deer River's story begins in the Canadian Rockies on the Sawback Mountain Range. That's where our water comes from, and that's what goes into our beer.
